Ms. Mecum (Pat) is the secretary to the program director and program assistant to other faculty in the Physical Therapy Program. In addition to her regular secretarial duties, she provides students with general information, keeps program records, provides computer support, does the purchasing, assigns classrooms, takes care of audio-visual equipment, and is the general operations manager.

Ms. Levy is the admissions assistant. Her main responsibility is to assist in the recruitment and admissions process with the Admissions Advisor. In addition, she coordinates, assists and organizes materials and projects for faculty and other support staff.

Ms. Shannon assists Sue Wenker, Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education, with all things related to student clinical education rotations. Her duties include drawing up and maintaining contracts with clinical sites, mailing requests for clinical rotations, sending student information to sites taking our students, site selection for student rotations, and managing the clinical site database. She also assist the PT Scholarship committee by issuing scholarship ID numbers and collecting application essays.
