Pain Treatment and Research Center Facilities
The
UW Interventional Pain Program is located in the University of Wisconsin
Hospital at 600 Highland Avenue, Madison, WI, 53792. The hospital is
located on the west end of the UW-Madison campus, off University Avenue/Campus
Drive (Driving Directions). The building
also houses a full array of clinics to meet your every need. Our board-certified
physicians, Midlevel providers and resident physicians use a team approach
to provide special care for a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.
As faculty members of the UW Medical School, our physicians offer the
latest information and therapies. Our nurse practitioners' work closely
with our physicians, helping to ensure that a health professional familiar
with you and your care is available each time you visit the clinic.
Supervised by our faculty physicians, resident physicians are also a
part of the team.
The procedures are performed in the UWHC Ambulatory Procedure Center,
which is located on the second floor in the main hospital building.
