Be sure to mention “6th Annual Comprehensive Pain Board Review” to receive the special room rate of $121.00. The Marriott Madison West will release its rooms to the public on July 3, 2008. Program Changes
Emergency situations occasionally occur and may necessitate topic or speaker change. The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health reserves the right to alter or substitute a topic or speaker without prior notification.
Cancellations / Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received by August 1, 2008 to receive a refund. No refunds will be honored for no shows. All cancellations will be charged a processing fee of $50.
Exhibits
Representatives from pharmaceutical and equipment companies will display their products and will be available on Tuesday, August 5; Wednesday, August 6; and Thursday, August 7.
Conference Attire
Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket.
