The University of Wisconsin Pain Treatment and Research Center (PTRC) provides patients and physicians in Wisconsin and surrounding states with a comprehensive resource for treating all aspects of pain.

We work in close partnership with our patients to help improve their well-being, physical function and independence using state-of-the-art medical, psychological, and rehabilitative treatments.

The PTRC includes the UW Pain Clinic, UW Headache Clinic, and the East Clinic's electrodiagnostic laboratory. Our staff includes physicians, psychologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, nurses, and many others devoted to helping patients with persistent pain.
