Clinical Specialties

Dr. Keene is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He specializes in the treatment of sports-related injuries of the shoulder, elbow, ankle, and knee, as well as arthroscopy and reconstructive surgery of the knee and hip. Dr. Keene served as a team orthopedic surgeon for the University of Wisconsin athletic teams for two decades.


Research Interests

Dr. Keene's research is currently focused on the value of MRI imaging techniques for evaluating hip and knee injuries, preventative and accelerated rehab programs for ankle injuries, and arthroscopic treatment of hip injuries and tendonitis in the knee and ankle.
